Ten Stories oversaw the production of Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon’s keynote address for Futurecom in Brazil. To efficiently manage the scale of the project, we assembled a hybrid production team consisting of U.S.based crew members and trusted local vendors. Over the course of a week, we produced scenes in more than 10 locations across the country, coordinating the complex logistics of an international production while maintaining consistent creative and technical standards.

Local production fixers were instrumental in helping us secure permits, arrange security, coordinate locations, and cast local actors. With approximately one month of pre-production, our team was able to carefully plan the production schedule and coordinate resources across multiple locations. Following production, all footage was immediately transferred to our U.S. post-production team, where editing began while the project was still fresh. A final version of the keynote video was completed and delivered just one week after production wrapped
