Ten Stories was tasked with traveling to China to capture authentic customer testimonials in retail environments. Working across several retail locations, our production team—made up of U.S.-based crew and trusted local vendors—conducted interviews with customers and members of the public to capture genuine, unscripted perspectives.

Our local production fixers were instrumental in navigating regional requirements and ensuring the production complied with local laws and regulations. Their knowledge and connections allowed us to efficiently secure locations, coordinate permissions, and manage the unique challenges of filming in China.

Immediately following production, footage was securely transferred back to our U.S. post-production team. Editing began as soon as the footage arrived, allowing us to complete and deliver the finished testimonial videos within one week of production.
